Returns
All Sales Are Final. For those items that Pacific Produx does not manufacture (BLT Flooring, Ride Rugs), we are unable to accept returns. For those items manufactured by Pacific Produx (Diamond Professional detailing chemicals), each return case will be considered separately. We pride ourselves in having satisfied customers and will assist in facilitating returns when necessary. In the event we agree to accept a return, credit will only be issued if the product is unopened and in perfect resale condition. There are absolutely no returns on custom products or products that have been used. Prior to making a return, contact us for instruction.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Goods
In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via fax, email, or US mail within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied. You may be required to provide proof of damage.
Warranties
Pacific Produx provides no warranties, expressed or implied, to the customer including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty.

Shipping Methods and Information
BLT Garage Flooring:
All multiple roll orders (two or more rolls) receive free shipping. All single roll orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $30.00. This amount will be automatically added in the cart at check-out.

All BLT Garage Flooring is shipped from the Central US. Most orders take 5 to 10 business days to process, including packaging and shipping the order. Note that custom orders can take 21-30 days to process. Shipment tracking information with the estimated delivery date will be emailed to you when the order leaves the plant. Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or a LTL carrier that delivers to your area. FedEx deliveries do not require that you be home to receive the order - it will just be dropped off at your door. Larger rolls will be shipped common freight. If shipped via common freight you may be required to assist in unloading the truck. These trucks are normally "Big Rigs" or tractor trailers and they will need easy access to your business or residence for the unloading. Your phone number will be given to the shipper in case special arrangements need to be made.

All other products:
Shipping is calculated in your shopping cart based on your location and the weight of your order. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground depending on which method is most economical
